Fee Structure
I only work with clients who are interested in becoming partners (in the relational sense, not the legal sense). I am not interested in working on piecework or one-time projects. The benefit of partnering with me as a VA, is that I can really get to know your business and proactively help you achieve your goals. Piecework and projects are better suited for secretarial services. If you are interested in working with a VA who will really help you take your business to the next level, then my company, Equalibrium, is what you are looking for.I Work By Retainer Only
I have found that the best way to budget my time and make sure that I am available to meet the requirements of my clients, is to contract with each client for a minimum number of hours per month. Retainers are paid in advance at the beginning of each month and any hours worked over the retained hours are added to the next month's invoice. All invoicing is sent out via email and is payable net 15 days.My minimum number of retained hours each month is 10 hours/month.
