Fee Structure
Unlike some Virtual Assistants on the market, I only work with clients who are interested in becoming partners (in the relational sense, not the legal sense). I am not interested in working on piecework or one-time projects. The benefit of partnering with me as a VA, is that I can really get to know your business and proactively help you achieve your goals. Piecework and projects are better suited for secretarial services. If you are interested in working with a VA who will really help you take your business to the next level, then my company, Equalibrium, is what you are looking for.I have a two-tiered fee structure
1. The preferred fee structure is a Retainer Agreement. For those clients who want to insure that they have a guaranteed amount of my time per month, this is the best option. I have a minimum requirement of 10 hours per month for retainer clients (with additional hours billed at a special reduced hourly rate).2. For those clients who are ready to commit to our relationship but are unsure of the number of my hours they will need each month, I offer a "Pay As You Go" option. With this option, you'll be billed for the hours I work with you each month without any minimum requirements. The downside is that I cannot always guarantee that I will be available for all the hours you need me since I will not have blocked out a specific amount of time for you each month.
All invoicing is done via email utilizing PayPal for payment when requested.
